Microcontroller applications using ST7, ST6, Zilog and PIC family devices.  Many designs are quite simple using basic electronics - it doesn’t always need a micro!  Simple control circuits can be made economically using microcontrollers.  The ST7 Ultralite devices deliver 6 I/O with ADC and very low ‘sleep’ current consumption at volume prices of about UKP 0.70 (1 Euro).  We provide all necessary programming for microcontrollers like the ST7.

 

Many of our designs have been for safety-related equipment, which  favours simple predictable designs.

 

Although specialising in small-scale production, we still use wave-soldering to ensure a better quality and more repeatable product even on small production runs.

 

Surface mount  prototyping is done in-house using a small automatic pick and place machine.

 

We also design and write sofware for plc based systems.
